The Daily Experience:
On the first night of the Luxury Tented Lodge, stay at an affordable game lodge in a private game reserve (Balule Private Game Reserve). You will enjoy an afternoon to night game drive, after which you will have a bush braai / BBQ at the marula tree boma.
Pick-up in Johannesburg is by 9:30 am at the latest. Pick-up and drop-off to Hoedspruit airport at any time. Various diets are catered for.
Day 2 (excluded on 3 day safaris): breakfast, Balule bush walk and then siesta before brunch and the afternoon game drive. Thereafter, transfer to the Luxury Tented Lodge takes place.
Day 3 and/or 5 (or day 2 of 3 day safaris): A full day Kruger national park game drive with breakfast and dinner is included. Lunch on this day is at own cost.
An Animal Rehabilitation Centre visit & Balule Game Drive is enjoyed on safaris 6 days / 5 nights or longer (meals: breakfast & dinner).
Final day: Guernsey bush walk, breakfast and Three Rondavels stop on the Blyde River Canyon (the main viewpoint of the Panorama route). Arrival in Johannesburg is by 17:00pm. The Three Rondavels stop only takes place en-route to Johannesburg and should you fly out from Hoedspruit airport, then you will miss this activity.
Rooms have clean linnen and towels as well as mosquito proofing over the beds and air conditioning.
